  • 会员3329：酒店处于凯里市内中心位置，周边环境丰富，吃饭购物不成问题。停车方便，住宿客人有免费停车券。房间设施不错，4.5星的标准没问题。早餐还算丰富，跟大牌五星有差距，但和一般四星的比要好很多。加床的话，房间会比较挤，单人床睡两人不急促。如果来凯里，这是一家值得入住的酒店。

  • 会员3836：凯里市区最新最高端最具性价比的五星级酒店。 位置在凯里最繁华的大十字北京东路上，周边逛街吃饭都很方便，晚上很热闹。 酒店地上地下停车场都有，停车方便，住店可免费停车。 酒店装修豪华，大堂风格很现代。 订的豪华套房超级大，有65平。 豪华套房带一个豪华会客厅，一间卧室，公共卫生间和卧室超大卫生间。 卫浴设施全部是科勒的，洗浴用品选用的是ACCA KAPPA品牌的。 床品舒适，毛巾浴巾浴袍都很干净。 浴缸泡澡也很棒，但是订了2间豪华套房，有一间的浴缸存在底座漏水问题，这样客人容易滑倒，酒店需要检修下。 早餐非常丰盛，种类丰富，口味很不错，甜品居然还有班戟提供，超级赞！ 办理入住的时候，前台确认订单有些有问题，办理时间较长，等了20来分钟，但之后服务态度一直不错。感觉酒店新开，工作人员熟练度还不够，要加强培训改善。 不过，瑕不掩瑜，凯宏开元依然是来凯里游玩住宿的不二之选。
